What Happens After You Apply?

Within 48 hours of submitting valid documents, you will receive an email with instructions on how to purchase your Discovery Family Membership online. Need to Visit Sooner Than 48 Hours?
While online application is recommended for the fastest service, if you plan to visit the Columbus Zoo within 48 hours and cannot upload documents online, you can apply in person. Bring your required documents (photo ID, proof of Ohio residency, and current Ohio Direction EBT card) to the Membership and Season Pass Processing building at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Please note that the qualifying individual must be present to purchase the membership in person. Parking at the zoo is $10; however, this fee can be applied towards your membership purchase.
