Our Nourishing Our Neighborhoods program tackles food insecurity head-on by supporting community-based food rescue organizations. We donate refrigerated vans, which are critical for expanding the capacity of these organizations to efficiently transport food from surplus locations to areas of need. Each van has the potential to rescue over a million pounds of food annually, translating to more than 866,000 meals per year. This initiative significantly enhances food access and reduces food waste within communities.
