To ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of our training resources, we have established a clear return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our Service Center immediately before initiating a return. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Please ensure that your Return Authorization Number is clearly displayed on the outside of all packages containing returned merchandise. This is essential for processing returns for credit, exchange, or replacement of damaged goods.
Important Considerations for Returns
Several key conditions apply to returns of food safety certification materials:
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. All purchases of online products are final, nonrefundable, and nonreturnable. This includes online courses and online exams, which are crucial components of many food safety certification programs. Online courses have an expiration period, typically one year from purchase or 60 to 90 days from course launch/completion, depending on the specific course. This policy is in place due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of these products.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Prompt returns help us manage our inventory and ensure timely processing of your requests.
Custom and Condition Requirements
Custom materials are specifically created for individual needs and are therefore not returnable. Furthermore, all returned products must be in original and resalable condition. This is vital for maintaining the quality standards expected of food safety certification resources. CDs and videos must be returned unopened to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items damaged upon return will not be credited and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Proper Packing and Shipping
When packing your return, please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in the first box. Clearly display your Return Authorization Number on the outside of each box. If you are returning multiple boxes, please label them (e.g., 1 of 4, 2 of 4). Remove or mark out any unrelated shipping labels on the boxes. Whenever possible, use the original packaging to ensure your return is processed correctly. Please be aware that National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC does not cover shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
Designated Return Address
It is crucial to use the correct return address provided by our Service Center. Returns sent to any address other than the one specified by the Service Center will result in processing delays and incur a $25.00 processing fee. Returns to the National Restaurant Association business address or lockbox are not permitted.
Traceable Shipping Methods
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning products. This could include services like Federal Express, UPS, RPS, or Insured/Certified First Class Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit for packages that cannot be traced back to our warehouse.
Call-Tags for Fulfillment Errors
Call-tags for return shipping will only be issued if the return is a result of a fulfillment error on the part of the National Restaurant Association. Call-tags are not provided for other return reasons.
