Spike’s Pet Food Pantry operates from two convenient locations within Humane Pennsylvania facilities, making it easier to access pet food near you: the Community Resource Center and the Lancaster Adoption Center for Cats & Critters.
Enrolling in Spike’s Pet Food Pantry is simple:
To access this pet food assistance program, please follow these steps:
- Review our Program Information: Familiarize yourself with the program details by downloading the Spike’s Pet Food Pantry Info Sheet. This document provides essential information about eligibility and how the pantry works.
- Complete the Enrollment Form: You can save time by printing and filling out the Enrollment Form in advance. Alternatively, forms are available at both pantry locations.
- Visit a Pantry Location with Photo ID: Bring your photo identification to either pantry location during the operating hours listed below. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow ample time for enrollment and shopping.
- Receive Your Membership Card: Upon enrollment, you will be issued a membership card, enabling you to immediately select pet food, cat litter, and other essential pet supplies on the same day.

Spike’s Pet Food Pantry relies on the generosity of the community to continue its mission. We are always grateful for donations of unopened pet food and gently used pet supplies.
Donations can be dropped off at any Humane Pennsylvania location. Alternatively, you can conveniently order pet food online and have it shipped directly to either of our designated donation centers:
