Hear What Our Community Says

The impact of Community Harvest Food Bank is felt throughout Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. Here are just a few stories from those we serve and those who volunteer alongside us:

Thank Goodness for this place. I go once a month!! It is always helpful and the staff there is so friendly. No one makes you feel uncomfortable which is both good for me AND satisfying to witness the fair and proper treatment of others. I love to see people being treated nicely, especially at a food pantry where you ‘could’ be made to feel , , “less than”.

We are having an unexpected hard time at the moment and the folks at our church sent us to Community Harvest for some help. The people there were extremely kind and compassionate, helped us in any way they could, and went beyond just doing their jobs in the help they gave my kids and me. Amazing people!

Amazing organization. If you get a chance to help out in any way do so! Everyone we come into contact with has the opportunity to teach us something and vice versa. Make the most out of every opportunity. Show someone you love and care for them today.

Volunteering here is easy and there are lots of ways to help. Sign up online. Tons of people depend on them.
