- Age Verification is Mandatory: To purchase wine or liquor, you must be 21 years of age or older. At the time of delivery, the recipient must present valid photo identification as proof of age and will be required to sign for the delivery. This is a non-negotiable requirement to ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
- Consequences of Failed Age Verification: If valid identification cannot be provided at the time of delivery, unfortunately, the wine delivery will be refused. In such cases, a delivery attempt fee of $5.95 will be charged. Additionally, restocking charges of 15% of your order total may also be applied. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available at the delivery address with valid ID to avoid these charges and disappointment.
- Separate Entities: It’s important to understand that Parcelle Wines LLC and Baldor Transportation LLC are distinct and separate companies. This distinction is primarily for operational and compliance reasons.
- Separate Billing: Your credit card statement will reflect separate charges for your Baldor Specialty Foods grocery order and your wine and liquor purchase. The wine and liquor charge will appear under “Parecell Wines LLC.” This is due to the separate business operations of Baldor and Parcelle Wines.

- Right to Refuse Delivery: Both Parcelle Wines and Baldor Specialty Foods reserve the right to refuse the delivery of wine or liquor at their discretion, for any reason deemed necessary. This is to ensure responsible service and compliance.
