Community food pantries play a vital role in ensuring food security within neighborhoods, offering crucial support to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Our Community Food Pantry is dedicated to providing resources and sustenance with compassion and respect. We operate with a team of dedicated volunteers committed to serving our community members in need.
Food Distribution Schedule
Food distribution is held twice a week to accommodate different schedules and needs. Distribution days are on Wednesdays from 11 AM to 1 PM and Fridays from 1 PM to 3 PM. Please note these hours when planning your visit to the community food pantry.
Client Registration and Office Hours
To become a client and access our services, registration is required. The pantry office is open for calls and new client registration from Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM. We encourage new clients to register before coming to the food pantry for food distribution to streamline the process. Please call during office hours to register and learn about the necessary requirements to receive food assistance.
Convenient Online Ordering System
For your convenience, we offer an online ordering system. If you plan to pick up food on Wednesday, please ensure your online form is filled out by Monday. For Friday pick-ups, the form should be completed by Wednesday. The online order form link is available [here – insert link to online form when available]. This system allows you to customize your food selection based on availability and dietary needs.
Standard Food Boxes
Understanding that not everyone has online access or may prefer a simpler option, we also provide standard boxes of food. If you do not order online, or if your online order is submitted after the deadline, you will receive a pre-packed standard box suitable for your household size.
Emergency Food Assistance
We understand that emergencies arise, and food needs can be urgent. If you require emergency food assistance outside of our regular distribution hours, please do not hesitate to call us at 715-627-1818. We will do our best to assist you during our closed hours and ensure you receive the support you need.
Distribution Day Procedures
To ensure a smooth and safe distribution process for everyone, we kindly ask that when you arrive at the pantry for food pick-up, please remain in your vehicle. Volunteers will come to you to process your order and bring the food to your car. This system helps manage traffic flow and ensures client privacy.
Food Donations are Welcomed
Our community food pantry relies heavily on the generosity of donors to maintain our services. If you are looking to drop off food donations, you are welcome to do so from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 8 AM. Mornings are particularly ideal for donations as our volunteer crew is readily available to help unload and process them. Distribution days are also convenient times to donate as volunteers are present throughout the afternoon. We deeply appreciate every donation, large or small, that helps us serve our community better.

Online Order Submission Deadlines
To ensure efficient processing and preparation of food orders, please adhere to the submission deadlines. Orders for Wednesday pick-up must be submitted by Monday midnight, and orders for Friday pick-up by Wednesday midnight. Submissions after these deadlines will receive a standard food box.
