The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), often referred to as food stamps, is committed to delivering food assistance in a fair and equitable manner. To uphold these standards, a robust SNAP Quality Control Review process is in place, ensuring all applications are handled according to federal guidelines. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) strictly prohibits discrimination within the SNAP program. This commitment is reflected in their Nondiscrimination Statement, which protects individuals from discrimination based on various factors.
