Navigating Sales Tax and Address Accuracy
Please be aware that sales tax regulations are evolving, particularly following the U.S. Supreme Court case South Dakota v. Wayfair in 2019. As a result, sales tax may be applicable to your order depending on your location and state laws. We kindly ask you to meticulously review your shipping address during the “Review Your Payment” step. The address you provide at this stage is where your order will be shipped. Modifications become exceedingly difficult once your order enters our shipping department.
Mail Orders and International Shipping Policies
For mail orders, CountyComm accepts both cashier’s checks and Postal Money Orders. We proudly ship internationally, serving customers across the globe. If your region isn’t listed during checkout, please contact us, and we will gladly add it to our shipping destinations. For our valued customers in Canada and other international locations, we have removed any minimum order requirements.
Sales Tax and Shipping Rate Details
As a California-based corporation, we are obligated to collect state and local sales tax on orders delivered within California and potentially other states based on sales volume, adhering to state regulations. Our shipping rates are carefully calculated based on the 2021/2022 pricing structure established by USPS, ensuring fair and transparent costs.
USA Shipping Rates:
- Orders from $0 to $98.99: $5.0 shipping fee
- Orders of $99 and above: FREE shipping
Our Commitment to Satisfaction: The Return Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount to us at CountyComm. Should you need to return an item, you may do so within ten days of receipt for a full refund. To ensure a smooth return process, please note that all returned items, unless defective, must be in resalable condition. This condition is strictly enforced. Prior to initiating any return, it is essential to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Returns sent without a valid RMA number cannot be processed. Please include a copy of your original receipt or packing list, along with your phone number, in your return package. Once an RMA number is issued, items must be sent back within 5 days. We recommend returning items in their original packaging, including all accessories, and ensuring the shipment is prepaid.
Important Note on Returns: Please insure your return shipment appropriately. CountyComm is not responsible for any COD or Duty fees associated with incoming packages, whether domestic or international. To avoid unnecessary fees, please do not insure incoming packages for their full value. Always ensure the RMA number is clearly marked immediately below the “ship to” address on your return package, as illustrated below:
