When CoreLife Eatery first appeared in my social media feed, I knew I had to experience it firsthand. It wasn’t just the enticing food photography that caught my eye; CoreLife’s diverse and unique menu truly sparked my interest. This restaurant is dedicated to providing delicious, healthy, and clean food options every single day. They’re proving that healthy food can be incredibly enjoyable and satisfying, a concept I wholeheartedly embrace, especially here in American Fork. It’s fantastic to see Utah County embracing more healthy dining establishments, demonstrating that you can dine out, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and leave feeling completely satisfied with the Food In American Fork.
On my initial visit, I indulged in the tuna poke bowl (which was phenomenal!). This time, I opted for the steak, bacon & bleu cheese salad. Featuring grass-fed steak, crispy bacon, sweet cranberries, crunchy walnuts, juicy tomatoes, and creamy gorgonzola, all atop a bed of mixed greens, this salad was an absolute winner. Although the cranberry vinaigrette is recommended, I chose the cucumber basil dressing instead, and it complemented the salad perfectly. Thinking I was exceptionally hungry, I even went for double protein, but the salad proved to be more filling than anticipated. However, leftovers are never a problem in my book! This salad is a testament to the delightful and hearty food in American Fork available at CoreLife.
One of the aspects I appreciate most about CoreLife Eatery is the transparent food preparation process. They prepare your meal right in front of you, detailing each ingredient as they build your dish. You also have the flexibility to customize your order, adding or omitting ingredients as you move along the line. I’m definitely looking forward to creating my own customized bowl on my next visit! This interactive experience truly enhances the appeal of the food in American Fork at CoreLife.
My companion, Gretta, chose the southwest grilled chicken & wild rice bowl, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Imagine antibiotic-free grilled chicken atop a bed of warm wild rice, romaine lettuce, creamy avocado, spicy jalapeños, ripe tomatoes, savory black beans, fresh scallions, sweet corn, cheddar cheese, and crispy tortilla strips – it sounds heavenly, and Gretta confirmed that it was! I believe this bowl is what I will be ordering on my next trip to sample more of the delicious food in American Fork.
The manager, Chris, noticed Gretta taking photos before we began eating (she was quite noticeable standing on her chair!) and approached us to check on our experience. He generously brought us a sample of the roasted vegetables to try, and they were absolutely delightful! My personal favorite was the curry cauliflower – a truly perfect flavor combination. This kind gesture highlights the excellent customer service that complements the quality food in American Fork at CoreLife.
Given the recent Utah heatwave, we couldn’t resist trying some of CoreLife’s unique beverage options. Gretta opted for the beet lemonade, while I created a mix of the cranberry cayenne lemonade and fruit punch. I loved seeing the cayenne pepper at the bottom of my cup! I initially doubted I would enjoy a spicy lemonade, but it turned out to be my favorite. Other interesting drink choices include the cucumber basil lemonade, herbal tea, cold brew coffee, and a selection of juices and kombucha. These unique drinks are a refreshing addition to the food in American Fork offered at CoreLife.
I am genuinely excited to return to CoreLife Eatery and continue exploring their extensive menu. Don’t misunderstand me – I love a classic, juicy burger with a side of fries as much as anyone, but I also appreciate the way I feel after consuming a healthy meal. At CoreLife, you don’t have to compromise between enjoying your food and eating healthily. They’ve successfully achieved a balance between these two aspects with their fresh, clean, and satisfying menu, making it a standout choice for food in American Fork.
