Since 1985, our family has been dedicated to serving the community with delicious Italian cuisine. It all began when a young and ambitious Joe was given the chance to own his very own pizzeria. With enthusiasm and the support of the Salvino and Masselli families, Joey’s Pizza in Kingston opened its doors. From those humble beginnings, offering pizza, subs, and a select few pasta dishes, our passion for sharing quality food has only grown.
Our commitment to serving the Hudson Valley led to the formation of Hudson Valley Italian Restaurant, Inc. in 1988. This marked the opening of our second location, Joey’s Pizza in Catskill’s Jamesway Plaza, where we continued our tradition of serving the community. Thanks to our loyal customers, the Joey’s family expanded, welcoming new locations in Ravena in 1993 and Coxsackie in 2001 with the acquisition of Paul’s Pizza.
While Joey’s Pizza in Catskill closed in 2003 to accommodate the development of Catskill Commons, this transition presented an exciting opportunity. We envisioned a larger, more comprehensive dining experience for our patrons. In 2006, Pomodoro’s (Italian for “tomato”) was born – a full-service, family-oriented restaurant that broadened our menu and dining atmosphere. This evolution allowed us to offer an even wider array of authentic Italian dishes, including a greater variety of pasta options, ensuring there was something for everyone seeking comforting and flavorful Pasta Food Near Me.
In 2015, we embraced a new venture by opening a stand-alone restaurant in Feura Bush. This was a significant undertaking, involving the difficult decision to replace Pixie’s Pub, a local landmark. However, on November 29, 2016, Track 32 opened its doors, extending our family’s culinary offerings to a new community. At Track 32, as with Pomodoro’s and Paul’s, you can find a selection of our signature pasta dishes, prepared with the same care and family recipes that have been at the heart of our restaurants since the very beginning.
